We currently operate 10 properties in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas with a total of 1600 rooms.
Over the years, the company has bought, operated, and then sold about 75 properties worth more than
$250 million.
Diplomat either builds new hotel properties or when the opportunity is right, it acquires existing hotels, then renovates, re-brands, and repositions them.
The company’s specialty is limited service and extended stay hotels – brands such as Holiday Inn, Ramada, LaQuinta, Red Roof, Motel Six, and Days Inn. Diplomat is also experienced in developing a number of boutique hotels and condominiums in primary metropolitan markets.
